Responsibilities include:
- Oversee a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring compliance with all statutory and internal KYC/CDD requirements, as well as timely management of account records
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on non-legal matters, including administrative support, compliance queries, client portal access, and billing enquiries
- Develop strong, trusted client relationships through proactive engagement and excellent client service
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding services by building a deep understanding of client businesses and needs
- Share and promote marketing materials to clients and external intermediaries as appropriate
- Partner with marketing teams on seasonal client engagement initiatives and events
- Provide support on ad hoc projects and broader business initiatives as required
- Undergraduate degree required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or client relationship management within professional services
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines
- Strong understanding of the professional services industry and market dynamics
- Analytical mindset, process-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Trusted to handle confidential matters with discretion and sensitivity
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with ViewPoint is an advantage
