We are partnered with an international law firm looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining, and elevating client service and satisfaction across a portfolio of clients.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring compliance with all statutory and internal KYC/CDD requirements, as well as timely management of account records
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients on non-legal matters, including administrative support, compliance queries, client portal access, and billing enquiries
  • Develop strong, trusted client relationships through proactive engagement and excellent client service
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding services by building a deep understanding of client businesses and needs
  • Share and promote marketing materials to clients and external intermediaries as appropriate
  • Partner with marketing teams on seasonal client engagement initiatives and events
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects and broader business initiatives as required 
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or client relationship management within professional services
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines
  • Strong understanding of the professional services industry and market dynamics
  • Analytical mindset, process-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Trusted to handle confidential matters with discretion and sensitivity
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with ViewPoint is an advantage
