Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full sales cycle for Real estate clients, collaborating with global subject matter experts and senior stakeholders
- Utilize industry networks to generate new leads and expand deal pipelines
- Drive business development by attending and leveraging industry events, conferences, and seminars
- Manage RFPs and proposals, ensuring compelling submissions that align with client needs and strategic goals
- Develop and maintain marketing assets including pitch decks and branded materials to support sales efforts
- Explore and assess new markets for promoting Real estate offerings
- Work closely with senior leadership and product teams to secure new mandates and client wins
- Identify and support product innovation, contributing to the creation of new service offerings
- Expand professional network to enhance brand visibility and unlock new business opportunities
- Strengthen brand presence through collaboration with external PR partners
- Cross-sell services within existing client accounts to maximize relationship value
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to support sales tracking and reporting
- Support client engagement initiatives, including planning and executing hosted events
- Contribute to relationship management efforts across key clients in London and Europe
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, with over 10 years of experience in real estate investments
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with expertise in negotiation and presentation
- Proven business development success, with a track record of year-over-year growth
- Deep understanding of real estate structures, including tax reporting and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with industry software such as Investran, Yardi, and MRI is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently met deadlines
- Confident in escalating issues appropriately to maintain service quality
- Professional accounting designations such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA are advantageous
