  • Utilize industry networks to generate new leads and expand deal pipelines
  • Drive business development by attending and leveraging industry events, conferences, and seminars
  • Manage RFPs and proposals, ensuring compelling submissions that align with client needs and strategic goals
  • Develop and maintain marketing assets including pitch decks and branded materials to support sales efforts
  • Explore and assess new markets for promoting Real estate offerings
  • Work closely with senior leadership and product teams to secure new mandates and client wins

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with expertise in negotiation and presentation
  • Proven business development success, with a track record of year-over-year growth
  • Deep understanding of real estate structures, including tax reporting and regulatory compliance
  • Familiarity with industry software such as Investran, Yardi, and MRI is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently met deadlines
  • Confident in escalating issues appropriately to maintain service quality
