Financial Controller

A growing hotel and hospitality company are seeking a Financial Controller to serve as contact for Projects, Development & related CAPEX topics, Asset Management and Management reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and year-end audit reporting
• Reconciles with Accounts Receivable that project invoices are raised according to contract
• Work with both the Asset Manager and Finance team to ensure rents and ancillaries are paid
• Prepare Forecast and highlight overruns
• Support the preparation of internal month end reporting and the reports for external parties and year end reporting

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Controlling or Finance
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an international Finance environment
• Fluency in English
• German at B2 level
