Working at senior level within the Financial Services Industry for over twenty years, Ian has built a number of firms within the sector, ranging through compliance, recruitment and back-office administration companies. His most recent engagement was working as the CEO of Augentius which was transformed into a multi award winning, global financial services company during Ian’s term. Augentius specialised in outsourced administration and compliance services for the PE, RE and Credit sectors. Before the successful exit to a PE Buyout, the firm scaled to over 800 people worldwide with multiple regulated servicing site operations in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Ian focusses on working with key stakeholders to assist companies realise global corporate aspirations, through his wide global network and hands on experience of global expansion. Ian graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in Accountancy and Finance and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
Janthana is the CEO and Founder of Tapoly, the first on-demand insurance platform for the gig economy in Europe, and winner of Insurance Provider of the Year at the British Small Business Awards 2018. She is listed by Forbes as number 6 of the Top 100 Women Founders to watch, and is among the Top Ten Insurtech Female Influencers according to The Insurance Institute. Janthana is a chartered accountant and former internal audit director at top-tier investment banks.
