Kathryn Kerle

Kathryn chairs the London Steering Committee of PRMIA. She is also the Chair of the Audit, Risk and Evaluation Committee of the Microbiology Society. Kathryn holds a BA in English from Bryn Mawr College and an MA in Arab Studies from Georgetown University, both of the US.

 

Saadia Mujeeb

Global Head of Hedge Funds, Asset Managers (Mutual and Pension Funds), Prime Brokerage and Central Clearing Houses (CCPs) Risk at NatWest Markets

Accomplished leader of cross-functional global teams with international experience living and working in US, UK and Middle East with UK and US Investment Banks.The Senior Risk Approver for structured transactions, Saadia’s remit also covers assessment of new business initiatives for Markets, Structured Lending Franchise and Sustainable Finance products.Expertise and track record of successes in managing clients in distress and leading teams during uncertainty (2007/2008 credit crisis, 2015 EUR-CHF peg break, Covid-19) ensuring zero credit risk losses on each occasion.Experience includes Sales & Marketing - leading the delivery of e-banking cash management and treasury product offerings to Corporate Clients in the Gulf. Saadia is passionate about investing in others and is a strong advocate for the broader inclusion and diversity agenda. Saadia holds an MBA from London Business School.

 

Diana Paredes

Diana Paredes is the CEO and Co-Founder of Suade, a software platform that enables financial institutions to understand and deliver their regulatory requirements. Prior to founding Suade, Diana had a successful career in investment banking, covering all asset classes at Barclays and Merrill Lynch, across sales, trading & structuring. Whilst working in the industry, she saw an opportunity to innovate and launch her current Fintech/Regtech startup. She believes that a data-driven approach to regulation is the key to preventing the next financial crisis.

 

Paul Asare-Archer

Paul Asare-Archer, a Director of Compliance at 02 (Telefónica UK). Paul is an MBA and Law Graduate as well as being a Fellow and Tutor at the International Compliance Association (ICA). Listed in the FT as within the UK’s Top 100 BAME Leaders, Paul was named Employee of the Year by the Black Tech Achievement Awards in 2020 and also was a Finalist at the Black British Business Awards in 2017. As the first ever Director of Compliance at Telefonica UK (O2), Paul has helped lead the transformation of Compliance across the company since 2012.

 

Kathy Griffin
Kathy Griffin is the Chief Risk Officer for Earnd, an organisation who provides free wage day advances to the employees of public and private sector companies (perhaps most importantly to the NHS in these challenging financial times). She has worked in banking and financial services for 25 years, the last 15 of which have been specialising in audit, risk and compliance. Kathy manages teams across different locations and has responsibilities spanning multiple jurisdictions, and is a passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion both in and out of the workforce.

 

Karina Townley
As Managing Director for Client Services across EMEA, Karina is responsible for leading and transforming the solutions Guidant provides to our clients based on her 20 years of experience in the HR and Recruitment industry. Karina directly and indirectly manages dozens of geographically dispersed teams, each aligned towards delivering against bespoke customer objectives.
