- Time: 6.00pm
- Date: Thursday 03 October 2019
- Location: 35-41 Folgate St, Spitalfields, London E1 6BX
Last night we held an engaging, interactive panel with financial crime experts to determine ‘Breaking the Boundaries between Fraud and AML’. The talks distinguished the main implications, challenges and opportunities that face the financial crime sector, touching upon money laundering and AML issues, how technology plays a part within fraud and what’s next for AML. Our speakers raised key points on how much of an impact social media has on fraud-related crimes, and how collaboration and convergence is essential to fight financial crime.
Accompanying this discussion was an array of delicious healthy food palettes, drinks and of course our signature cupcakes which always go down a treat!
Thank you to our speakers Andrew Clarke, Gemma Rogers, Charlie Greer, Robert Tharle, Adam McLoughlin and Marta Lia, and also to our community who engaged with the panel and brought intriguing questions to the table.
