Broadgate Search and the ICA (International Compliance Association) have decided to collaborate and bring together the governance, risk and compliance communities in Dublin.

Bringing together thought leaders and practitioners from governance, risk and compliance for a series of light-hearted interactive conversation. Exploring key industry trends and themes impacting business dynamics.

Adrian McCarthy
Adrian’s career has included roles as Group Customer Development Director at Lloyds Banking Group, Litigation Partner at Dentons solicitors, IT & Operations Director in the Lloyd’s of London Insurance Market, and as a Fintech Supervisor at the Dubai Financial Services Authority, specialising in the policy design, implementation, delivery and operation of its Regulatory Sandbox.

John Keane
John Keane is chief operating officer at Corlytics and is responsible for the day to day running of the business. An engineer by profession, John manages the Corlytics global infrastructure that enable Corlytics to deliver market leading regulatory risk intelligence products and associated services. His areas of responsibly cover regulatory risk analysis, data curation, data analytics, product engineering, and professional services.

Paul O’Connor
Paul has worked in London, New York, Dublin and Brussels.
He was Chairman of the European Covered Bond Council in Brussels through the financial crisis and worked closely with the European authorities on support measures for the banking system and the regulatory reforms that followed the crisis.

Adrian Kiernan
Adrian Kiernan is the Managing Director of La Touche Training. La Touche Training is a sister company and training partner of the International Compliance Association. Adrian joined La Touche Training in 2004 and introduced ICA qualifications to the Irish market in 2008. Since then, Adrian has worked with thousands of professionals looking to upskill and gain a professional qualification in Compliance, AML and Financial Crime Prevention.

Julia Carmichael
Experienced Non-Executive Director with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Skilled in Enterprise Risk Management, Securities, Management, Corporate Governance, and Financial Risk. Julia will be able to discuss about the overall development of compliance culture in Ireland & how the influence of senior management can impact the business at all levels.
