We strive to partner with companies that are aligned with our core ethical and sustainable values and beliefs, helping the overall economy.
We have donated £72,349 to charity so far. We achieved this through several fundraising initiatives including internal clothes swap shops, Tough Mudder challenges, skydives, charity auctions and each year we donate 5% of invoices to our client’s charity of choice.
We are working with Enham Trust, The National Autistic Society and Peter McVerry Trust on a campaign covering work placements, internships, training and other awareness-raising activities. Our mental health first aid training, workshops, and partnerships launched in 2020. We were proud to receive the APSCo award and partner with RIDI 100 on a mission to become disability-inclusive.
We have improved efficiency with a 33% decrease in our CO2 intensity-based figure against our 2018 baseline year. As in previous years, commuting remains the largest contributor to our carbon footprint, accounting for 65% of our carbon footprint. We address this with our work from home days, cycle to work schemes and keep our air miles below 2,000 miles per person per year.
We strive to recycle 99% of our waste and hold various initiatives including meat-free Fridays in our offices in an attempt to be a greener organisation.
