It is everyone’s responsibility to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion in their organisation. We are wholly committed to D&I, both internally for us, and externally, and it is paramount in everything that we do. This is what our D&I ambassador has to say:
"I've always been passionate about equality and ensuring that everyone's voices are heard. Organisations that have a balanced workforce and value every employee as an individual, will help drive innovation. Here at Broadgate Search we demonstrate an ongoing willingness to improve in everything we do and believe we are making a meaningful difference. We invest in various D&I initiatives to ensure we empower the people in our industry, and create a significant benefit to our community."
No member of the armed forces community should face disadvantage in the provision of public and commercial services compared to any other citizen.
In some circumstances special treatment may be appropriate, especially for the injured or bereaved.
Broadgate Search is passionate about its involvement in the on-going growth and development of our business. We recognise that Corporate Social Responsibility is of increasing concern and importance to our clients, candidates and future business partners.
Our company is strongly affiliated with several charitable organisations most notably Ex-Military Careers in the UK and Peter McVerry Trust in Ireland. Ex-Military Careers is a social enterprise offering employment and training courses to veterans. Every year, 24,000 skilled service men and women leave the armed forces with very little guidance on how to re-enter the civilian life. Ex-Military Careers aims to bridge the gap between military and civilian life through on-going employment support and mentoring. As part of this commitment, employees of Broadgate Search are encouraged to dedicate their time helping veterans “back to work” initiatives including to CV writing classes, interview preparations and career guidance.
