Responsibilities:
Manage and update the Record of Processing activities for entities worldwide, overseeing personal data flows.
Engage in the formulation of client and vendor contractual clauses concerning data protection and international data transfers, staying abreast of related regulatory updates.
Contribute to the development of templates, data protection, privacy statements, consent forms, policies, and procedures to fortify data protection governance and accountability.
Conduct Legitimate Interest Assessments, Data Protection Impact Assessments, and Transfer Impact Assessments.
Support privacy by design due diligence exercises for all new projects or IT tools.
Stay informed about global privacy developments.
Undertake any additional responsibilities delegated by the Global Data Protection Officer.
The ideal background for this role:
At least 1 year of relevant experience; recent graduates with completed privacy courses are also welcome.
Bachelor's degree required, with a Master's degree preferred.
Profound understanding of privacy and data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, etc., with familiarity with other privacy laws being advantageous.
Proficiency in drafting contractual documentation and data protection-related documents.
Data Privacy certification (e.g., IAPP or equivalent) is a plus.
