Meet the team
Before embarking on a career in recruitment, Jake worked as an International Archaeological Photographer based in the Middle East specialising in Environmental, Museum Production, Drone and Archaeological photography. Following this, Jake worked with a UK based Wealth Management firm as a Trainee Financial Advisor where he developed a strong knowledge of Regulation and Ethics in Financial Services. In July 2015, Jake decided to move in to the recruitment field and joined Broadgate Search as a Consultant in the London office focusing on all Governance related roles in the Irish market. Following the establishment of the Dublin office in June 2016, Jake took the opportunity to relocate to Dublin to further grow the Broadgate Search presence in Ireland. Jake specialises in the recruitment of Risk professionals and has developed a wide network of candidates both domestically and across other European jurisdictions.
The team I worked with in Broadgate Search (Jess & Donal) in relation to my recent job search were very helpful and supportive and always ready to take my call to help me with any questions or concerns I had about job specs they had suggested and any upcoming interviews.
