​Kalya specialises in recruiting compliance talent across the UK market. Kalya began her journey in recruitment after graduating from Coventry University last year with a degree in Economics. Since then, she’s fostered a wealth of relationships across the compliance and regulatory market working as a 360 recruiter.

Outside of work, Kalya enjoys spending time creating content and is an avid TikTok user. Her bubbly personality captures an audience in both her professional and personal life, a key driver behind her success in recruitment.
